This has become my mantra any time I’m faced with cravings or need to motivate myself to workout. Its an excuse buster.
- “I’m too tired to work out. I’m going to take a nap instead.”
- I’m not where I want to be yet and skipping my workout won’t get me there.
- “Just one bite of that ice cream cake/pizza/[insert favorite snack here] won’t hurt me.
- I’m not where I want to be yet, and when have you ever had just one bite?
